Review: They run small and not very warm. Although very durable boot the soul is very stiff and insole is like cardboard. Overall a good dry boot if you invest in insoles and get a bigger size.

Review: Good overall boot, sharp looking with good ankle support. Good grippy tread and comfortable footpad. One of the problems I have with this boot is that the excess material around the tongue tends to bunch up. Unless you tuck it in properly, you end up with chaffing/blisters on the instep part of your feet like I had. Another thing was there was not much padding around the ankle area.They are also quite hot and don’t breathe well so if you live in a hot, humid state like Florida, you may want something else.

Review: The lace hook at the top of the right boot was manufactured wrong and when you laced the boots this hook would dig into you leg making them very uncomfortable. I own other Asolo and will continue to wear these boots.

Review: I have only walked a few miles in these boots and they feel great. I have owned Asolo boots for many years and many backpack trips and they are the most comfortable boots of any I have used in the wilderness. I can’t wait to use them in May on backpacking trips. I did put Spenco inserts into the boots, as they are better then what is already in the boots.
