Review: One of the black straps on the driver’s side broke off when setting up the tent, so don’t be too quick in a hurry or be too aggressive with tying down the straps. The door zipper was getting stuck at times, you just have to be patient and not force it. I did like that it had a built-in floor, but I had added an outdoor carpet for the safety of my air mattress. Overall, I loved it because I was able to have immediate access to my glamping tailgate kitchen. Inside the tent I had a queen size air mattress, a 60qt compressor fridge, a 2000W solar generator, a porta potty, some bins, a shoes & boots area and still had enough room for me to move around. I got complements on my set up. I was basically self-sustained in this little tent. I could have slept in my van as I also have a bed in there, but I chose to sleep in the tent. When you break camp, be sure to sweep out and leave the door unzipped so air can escape in order to fold up tightly and put back in its original bag, it can be done.

Review: Used it the first time on Independence weekend. It is a very good tent for campsite stays. It was easy to connect and disconnect from my Surbaru, so I could go back into town, or go find a nearby hiking trail. I got rained on one night and I forgot to put up the rain fly. So, I put it up the next day. The rain fly is way too small to really do any good.

Review: I bought this tent to use with our mini van and it worked great. The many adjustable straps help to make a snug fit to keep the bugs out, I also added 4 strong magnets, 2 on each side to help hold the tent to the van just in case moving around in the van loosened anything. I would of liked to give 5 stars but there are a couple of issues that kept me from doing that. First one is when setting up or taking down the tent you need to slide the poles through a netting type fabric and the metal on the poles get caught in multiple places, very frustrating and I was worried about rips. I wished they would of used solid nylon instead of netting material. The other issue is the door, the zipper goes from one side around the top but doesn’t zip at the bottom to get in so you need to unzip the whole door to get in and out without tripping on the bottom of the door and then your stepping on the door material unless you gather it up. Not easy if your hands are full of stuff. The rain fly is real easy to put on and the tent is really roomy and the window ventilation is great. Aside from the issues I’m really glad I bought this tent and hope to use it for many years.

Review: A great idea and fits our Pacifica fine. I also used it recently as a free standing tent in pouring rain. It could use: getting the rain fly extension about 24″ longer on the side away from the vehicle; seam sealer on the stitching for the reinforcements on the corners and tent pin locations, a “pull out” loop in the middle of the side away from the vehicle and rounded off outside edges of the metal tent pole section connectors (ferrules?). There are so many straps to connect it to any vehicle that it can be confusing (so read the instructions!), no reason for this thing to ever fly away on you ; again, well thought out.

Review: We’ve busted this tent out twice now, setup is quick, packing up is pretty straight forward too. We have a platform/mattress in the back of the truck and we keep all of the gear in the tent, so much more space and comfort. My first setup I was really trying to crank down the straps for the tunnel and I yanked one off completely. It didn’t need to be that snug was just over-doing it, still feel like it should have held up. Other than that my only complaint is the door, even with the tent staked, you need to have something heavy near each side of the door to easily unzip the door, I love the big double layer and being able to open the full screen is awesome. A door on both sides would really be ideal. Other than that, cool little setup, I’d buy it again!

Review: Overall this was a great tent! The instructions were not always the easiest to follow when setting it up for the first time, but I believe that had more to do with a the small pictures. That could be me and my ADHD also!
